Inertia Corporation was formed in the Spring of 2006 with the goal of providing exceptional residential designs to Calgary homebuilders.
The founding partners, Stephen Barnecut and Trent Letwiniuk, have formal architectural and technical educations, and extensive design and construction experience at the senior level of a number of high-end Calgary homebuilders.
The inertia team has developed an intimate understanding of the Alberta Building Code, City Bylaws, area redevelopment planning, permit processes, developer architectural controls, building science, and design sensibilities. This wide expertise affords us the ability to confidently guide both builders and homebuyers through the design and building processes in any context, ranging from inner city single and multi-family developments to estate and suburban homes of all shapes and sizes.
