Renfrew Reno

Sometimes we have the joy of realizing the potential of an existing space. This 1980's infill has a roof that comes almost right to the ground on the front elevation. This creates a loft-like feel to the main living space, and a quality of light that cannot be achieved with conventional windows. If only the old skylights didn't leak and they hadn't installed the knotty pine ceiling.

This renvovation saw much of the old drywall removed and repaired, new skylights and cork flooring installed, and a custom kitchen designed to open up the main living space from front to back.
