Cambrian Heights Singles
These two speculative houses were designed for a large corner lot in a developed neighborhood in Calgary's northwest. The lot was first subdivided from one large R-C1 lot into two smaller R-C1 parcels. The back-to-front slope of the lot allowed us to incorporate private, at-grade rear decks into the treed backyards, and oversized under-drive garages in the front. The houses face south, and balconies were provided off the main and the upper floors to take advantage of the available views.
