Altadore Fourplex
This fourplex for Niklas Group diverges from the norm by being broken into two buildings that have a common courtyard in between. The front building has two units, both with two storeys, a full basement, and a rear deck. The rear building also has two units, but these are perched over the garages for all four units. The rear units are also two storeys and have the benefit of direct access to the garage.
