Bankview »Two Singles
This pair of singles for Niklas Homes was designed for a pair of lots with a spectacular view of downtown Calgary. The back-to-front sloping lots allowed us to incorporate a unique third floor space for the master bedroom, with a private balcony offering an unobstructed view of Calgary's skyline. The goal was to provide a pair of contemporary homes that would appeal not only to young professionals looking to stay connected to downtown, but at the same time provide the space and amenities to comfortably accommodate a family of four.
