Richmond Hill »Semi-detached
This model is a very successful design for Niklas Group, but was improved for this project in Richmond Hill. The exterior window configurations were modernized, and the cladding updated. Minor plan adjustments were made throughout, including making the front dining space more separate from the front entry. The rear kitchen and family room space remains functional and elegant, with spectacular contemporary finishes.
