Cliff Bungalow »Four Townhouses
These four townhouses are located on a corner lot in the urban neighbourhood of Cliff Bungalow. The site, having no access to a lane, presented a challenge: how to provide access to the building for both cars and people without compromising the pedestrian-oriented nature of the street. The final choice was to provide only a single garage for each unit and ask for a relaxation from the City to omit the required visitor's stall.
There are two unit types in the builidng. The central units have their main living floor over the garages, with an amenity space at the back of the building. The end units are more substantial having three levels above grade, and one level below.
